When you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or another available channel, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your contact details, company information, enquiry and project background. Please provide only information needed for your request.

Website hosting and security services may record technical information such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser information and errors to operate, protect and troubleshoot the websites.

We use information to reply to enquiries, provide website or product support, assess service needs, follow up on work, maintain security and understand website use. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it for these purposes.

Contact records and technical information are retained for the purposes described here and applicable legal or operational requirements. The period depends on the type of record and purpose; contact us for information about a particular request. Analytics retention also depends on the settings of the analytics service.

www.mobpage.org uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand visits and interactions. Google Tag Manager manages website tags; analytics tags use cookies and similar identifiers. This policy also covers these analytics services on carpark.mobpage.org if they are enabled there.

Analytics information can include pages viewed, referring sites and campaign information, browser/device characteristics, language, approximate location, scrolling and selected public contact or app-store link clicks. Google may process IP addresses to operate its services and derive approximate location. Our designated website interaction events do not include enquiry message fields or mobile-app content.

Google and other providers process information under their own policies and service arrangements, which may involve processing outside Hong Kong. Google Analytics cookies commonly use names such as _ga and _ga_<identifier>; their duration depends on service settings and browser controls.

On www.mobpage.org, open “Analytics preferences” in the footer and select “Necessary only” to decline analytics cookies, or “Allow analytics cookies” to permit them. The choice is remembered for up to 180 days and can be changed using the same control. A cookie-choice prompt may also appear depending on your region.

“Necessary only” declines analytics cookies; cookie-free measurement signals may still be sent under Google consent mode. For a browser-level opt out from supported Google Analytics measurement, use Google’s opt-out browser add-on where supported. It does not disable Google Maps or ordinary website technical records.

You can also block or delete cookies and clear local browser storage using browser settings. This may reset your preferences or affect website functions. Controls for an analytics tag on the web map depend on which tags are enabled there.

The current websites use the items below. A remembered analytics choice hides the choice prompt while that preference remains valid. Browser settings can clear these items before they expire.

carpark.mobpage.org uses Google Maps. Loading maps and related resources sends normal connection and browser information to their providers. The web map sends the selected district and the map area being viewed, including map coordinates, bounds and zoom, to its server to obtain parking information for that area.

Google Maps and externally hosted website resources have their own terms and privacy practices. Following an App Store, Google Play, WhatsApp or other external link takes you to a service operated under that provider’s policies.
