Property prices, down payments, rates, terms, fees and saved plans are processed on the device. They are not uploaded to a MobPage account or server.
Saved plans remain in the app's private local storage and may be included in an Android device backup or device-to-device transfer when those Android features are enabled.
Advertising
The app uses Google Mobile Ads to display banner and occasional interstitial advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, ad interactions, diagnostics and other information as described in Google's policies. Availability and use of personalized advertising depend on the user's region and choices.
The app uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request and record privacy choices where required. If a privacy-options entry point is required, it appears in the app's Settings screen. See https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads .
Permissions
The app uses Internet and network-state access for advertising and consent messages. It does not request contacts, camera, microphone, precise location, photos, accessibility, phone or SMS permissions.
Data retention, deletion and children
Saved mortgage plans can be deleted individually inside the app. All app-local information can be removed by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it. Advertising data is governed by Google and participating advertising providers.
Mortgage Compass is a general-audience financial planning utility and is not directed to children. It does not knowingly collect mortgage inputs from children through a MobPage server.
