Scores, progress, and settings are stored only on your device. The game has no leaderboards, achievements, or online player profile, and it does not upload this data anywhere.

The free version may show ads from Google AdMob (banners on the menu, interstitials between some sorties, and optional rewarded ads for hull repair). Ad networks may collect device advertising identifiers and diagnostic data as described in Google’s policies. On iOS, personalized ads using the advertising identifier require your permission through App Tracking Transparency.

You can permanently remove ads with the one-time Remove Ads in-app purchase (org.mobpage.earthrepublic.removeads).

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card number.

The game is a general-audience arcade shooter. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for our own databases. Use parental controls as appropriate.

We may update this policy when monetization or platform requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when that happens.
