Privacy Policy

The app stores speech preferences, equipment choices, device names, USB device identifiers and input calibration settings in the current Windows user's profile. These settings restore your choices, identify selected controls and process input.

Session reports contain the lesson, start/completion times, elapsed time, speed summary, distance, events and demonstration score. They may also include optional trainee/instructor names, instructor observations, comments and a next-lesson recommendation entered by you. Names can be left blank. The app does not request a government identifier, date of birth, home address or phone number. Reports allow local review, export and printing of simulated practice sessions.

The inspected app has no publisher cloud account, advertising tracker, analytics SDK or automatic session-report upload service. The app does not automatically send practice reports, equipment labels or calibration profiles to the publisher.

You may choose to share exported JSON, CSV or HTML files yourself. Review optional names and comments before sharing and remove information that is not needed.

Microsoft Store handles the optional one-time unlock. The app queries Store product information, pricing and licence status, and requests Store checkout only after you explicitly choose to buy. Returned licence/product information is used to determine feature entitlement. The app does not collect card numbers or bank details and does not attach practice records to licence queries.

Optional spoken guidance uses a compatible system voice supplied through Windows. The app does not record audio or activate the microphone. Windows speech features operate under Windows settings and policies.

External source links open in the system browser only after you select their button. No session data is appended to those URLs. External websites may log browsing information under their policies.

Data remains on your PC until you delete the relevant local files. Use Open reports to access session exports and your file manager to remove files no longer needed. Uninstalling the app does not guarantee removal of reports you exported, copied or shared separately.

Reports are ordinary JSON, CSV and HTML files. Other people with access to the Windows account or files may be able to read them. The app does not provide separate report encryption or multi-user access management; protect the Windows account and device appropriately.

Windows, OneDrive, or other backup tools may back up app data according to your settings.
