Terms of Use (EULA)

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use. This is a licence of software and content, not a sale of the App or of any ownership interest in our intellectual property.

The App is rated 4+ on the App Store and Everyone / PEGI 3 on Google Play. It uses child-appealing art and is intended for a mixed audience, including families.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with parental or guardian consent and supervision. Purchases (including subscriptions and Melody Shards) should be made only with the permission of the account holder who controls the Apple ID or Google Play account and its payment method. Use device and store parental controls as appropriate.

You agree that you will not:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
• use cheats, automation, modified clients, exploits, or other unauthorized means to interfere with gameplay or obtain an unfair advantage;
• resell, transfer, or trade the App, Melody Shards, or other in-game entitlements for real-world money or value outside the official store purchase flow; or
• use the App in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.

The App may offer optional in-app purchases. All billing is processed entirely by Apple (App Store / StoreKit) or Google (Google Play Billing). We do not receive or store your payment-card details.

Melody Shard packs (consumables)

Melody Shards are an in-game currency with no cash value. They are non-transferable and non-refundable by us. Shards and items obtained with them may be forfeited if you delete the App or clear its data (subject to platform restore rules where applicable).

• +800 Melody Shards — USD $5.99
• +2000 Melody Shards — USD $9.99

Prices are shown in USD for reference; the amount charged may vary by storefront currency and local taxes as determined by Apple or Google.

Refunds, if any, are handled by the platform: Apple — reportaproblem.apple.com; Google — Play Store order history. A Restore Purchases option is provided in the App for eligible store purchases.

The following auto-renewable subscription is offered in the App (iOS product ID org.mobpage.pianorhythmgame.remove_ads_monthly):

• Title: Remove Ads Monthly
• Length of subscription: 1 month
• Price: USD $1.99 per month (local currency and tax may apply as shown by Apple or Google at purchase)
• What it does: While active, removes banner ads and interstitial ads. Opt-in rewarded ads may still be available if you choose to watch them.

Automatic renewal (Apple Guideline 3.1.2)

• Payment will be charged to your Apple Account (or Google Play account, as applicable) at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device account settings (for example, on iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions; on Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions).
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription where applicable.

Cancelling stops future renewals; access to the Remove Ads benefit continues until the end of the then-current paid period.

The free version of the App is ad-supported. Ads are provided by Google AdMob and may include banners on menu screens, an interstitial after results, and optional opt-in rewarded ads. An active Remove Ads Monthly subscription removes banner and interstitial ads as described above. Further detail is in our Privacy Policy.

Your use of Apple App Store or Google Play services is also subject to Apple’s or Google’s applicable terms and policies. Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you as related to your use of the App obtained through their stores.

Except for content expressly stated otherwise, Mobpage and its licensors own all rights in the App’s software, art, text, and branding. The fourteen melodies are public-domain classical works. All music recordings and sound effects in the App were newly synthesized for the game and dedicated to the public domain under CC0.

We may suspend or terminate your licence if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete copies in your possession.

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOBPAGE AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $10, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mobpage and its officers, directors, and employees from claims arising out of your misuse of the App or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply.
