使用本應用，即表示你接受本使用條款及私隱政策。若你不同意，請勿使用本應用。

iGears 授予你個人、非獨佔、不可轉讓、可撤銷的授權，僅供個人、非商業用途遊玩本應用。所有遊戲內容——包括原創 Q 版三國美術、棋盤、棋子、介面、音樂與音效——均屬 iGears Technology Limited 所有，不得複製、轉售或逆向工程。

• 遊戲可完全免費遊玩；唯一付費項目是名為「移除廣告／Ad-Free」的可選每月自動續訂訂閱（產品 ID：org.mobpage.chessyxiangqi.noads.monthly）。訂閱期間移除所有廣告，不會解鎖其他遊戲內容。
• 續訂週期：一個月。價格於購買前在應用內及商店頁面顯示（因地區而異），確認購買時會向你的 Apple ID／Google Play 帳戶收費。
• 訂閱會每月自動續訂，除非你在目前週期結束前至少 24 小時關閉自動續訂。帳戶會在目前週期結束前 24 小時內按當時顯示的續訂價格再次收費。
• 可隨時在裝置的 App Store／Google Play 訂閱設定中管理或取消（帳戶設定 → 訂閱；亦可從應用的設定畫面進入）。刪除應用並不會取消訂閱。
• 退款依 Apple／Google 政策處理；iGears 不直接處理付款。

免費版本只會在完成對局後的自然斷點顯示由 Google AdMob（第三方）投放的廣告，不會在對局進行中插入。廣告行為與私隱詳見私隱政策。

線上功能使用自動建立的匿名訪客帳戶（無需電郵／密碼）。帳戶與裝置相關聯；清除應用資料或更換裝置後可能遺失。每位玩家一個帳戶；請勿冒充他人。

玩家可提交自訂顯示名稱或頭像圖片。提交內容會經審核後才對其他玩家顯示；iGears 可酌情拒絕或移除冒犯、侵權、誤導或其他不適當的內容。提交即表示你確認有權使用該內容，並授予 iGears 在應用內顯示的授權。如要舉報不當內容，請聯絡 [email protected]。

禁止作弊、使用引擎輔助、自動化／機械人、利用漏洞、操控評分或排行榜、騷擾，或干擾服務。違規可導致內容移除、評分重置，或帳戶／服務終止。

本應用及線上服務按「現況」提供；功能可能變更或停止。iGears 可更新本條款；重大變更會在此頁公布，並更新「最後更新」日期。

在法律允許範圍內，本應用按「現況」提供，不附帶保證；iGears 不對間接或附帶損害負責；本條款不限制依法不可排除的權利。

你可以隨時停止使用本應用；若違反本條款，iGears 可暫停或終止你的存取權。

本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄，但不限制你依法享有的強制性消費者權利。

• 本協議僅存在於你與 iGears 之間，並非與 Apple。
• Apple 無義務提供維護或支援。
• 若應用未能符合任何保證，你可通知 Apple 以獲退還購買價（如有）；在法律允許的最大範圍內，Apple 並無其他保證義務。

By using the app, you accept these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

iGears grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial play. All game content — including the original chibi Three Kingdoms artwork, board, pieces, UI, music and sound — is owned by iGears Technology Limited and may not be copied, resold or reverse-engineered.

• The game is fully playable free. The only paid item is the optional Ad-Free / Remove Ads auto-renewing monthly subscription (product id org.mobpage.chessyxiangqi.noads.monthly). While active it removes all ads; it unlocks no other game content.
• Renewal period: one month. The price is shown in-app and on the store listing before purchase (and may vary by region). Payment is charged to your Apple ID / Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically each month unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the renewal price then shown.
• Manage or cancelanytime in your device's App Store / Google Play subscription settings (Account Settings → Subscriptions; also linked from the app's Settings screen). Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Refunds follow Apple's / Google's policies; iGears does not process payments directly.

The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob (a third party) only at natural breaks after completed games — not during a live match. Ad behaviour and privacy are covered in the Privacy Policy.

Online features use an automatic anonymous guest account (no email or password). It is tied to the device and may be lost if app data is cleared or the device changes. One account per player; do not impersonate others.

Players may submit a custom display name or avatar image. Submissions are reviewed before they appear to others; iGears may reject or remove anything offensive, infringing, misleading or otherwise inappropriate, at its discretion. By submitting, you confirm you have the right to use the content and grant iGears a licence to display it in the app. Report objectionable content to [email protected].

No cheating, engine assistance, automation/bots, exploiting bugs, manipulating ratings or the leaderboard, harassment, or interfering with the service. Violations may lead to removal of content, rating resets, or account/service termination.

The app and online service are provided as-is; features may change or be discontinued. iGears may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law; iGears is not liable for indirect or incidental damages; nothing limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.

You may stop using the app anytime; iGears may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, without limiting mandatory local consumer rights.

• This agreement is between you and iGears only, not Apple.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
• If the app fails to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any) and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• iGears (not Apple) is responsible for product claims, legal/regulatory compliance, and any intellectual-property infringement claims.
• You must comply with applicable third-party terms.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement with the right to enforce it.
