The game creates an anonymous guest account automatically for online play (no email, no phone, no password). It stores: a random player ID, a display name chosen from the game's built-in name list, an online rating, and online match records. Developer: iGears Technology Limited.
Effect: the online account and rating are deleted immediately; match records are anonymized (no longer linked to the player). Local offline data (vs-computer stats) can be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing app data in system settings.
If you have uninstalled the app, email:
[email protected]Use the subject "Delete account — Xiangqi TKW" and include your display name (and player ID if known — shown on the in-game profile screen). Requests are processed within 30 days. Because accounts are anonymous with no email attached, we may ask follow-up questions to locate the right account.
Deleted: player ID, display name, rating, and the link between the player and their matches.
Kept: anonymized match moves (no personal data), and nothing else — the game collects no email, phone, contacts, or location.
