VR health and safety
Play seated or standing in a clear area, away from stairs, furniture, walls, glass, and other people. Take a break every 15 to 30 minutes. Stop immediately if you feel dizzy, nauseous, or unwell.
Not recommended for children under 13, or for anyone who is pregnant, elderly, or has a heart condition, epilepsy, or a binocular vision disorder. Consult a doctor first if unsure.
This game is built to reduce discomfort: fixed position, no artificial locomotion, no camera shake. Prefer not to use a viewer? Use Play Handheld — the same five chapters with drag-to-look.
The screen looks blurry or doubled
Rescan the QR code on your Cardboard viewer from the VR gear icon. If there is no QR code, check the manufacturer page. A wrong lens profile causes blur and eye strain.
My viewer’s button does nothing
Turn on Options → Auto-fire, or tap the screen through the viewer opening. Many inexpensive viewers have no reliable trigger.
Begin in VR is not working
Stereo VR needs a gyroscope. Budget devices without one should use handheld mode.
Why did I still see a rewarded video after Remove Ads?
That is deliberate. Remove Ads stops interruptions; the optional rewarded video in the chapter list stays available.
Camera permission
Only to read a Cardboard QR code for lens shape. Nothing is photographed or sent. Decline and a default profile is used.
Is there blood or gore?
No. Stylized infected, no blood, no dismemberment. Horror is atmospheric.
Language and performance
Options → Language cycles all 17 languages; device language is picked on first launch.
If the device runs hot or drops frames, close background apps and let it cool, then email us your model and OS if it persists.
Data deletion
We do not hold personal data about you. Delete the app to remove local data. For Google advertising data, see the privacy policy.
