My Cloud Photo lets you choose individual photos to save to iCloud instead of uploading your whole album. The iOS edition also provides password protection for photos and access to your iCloud photos.
I really can't fault this app, it works perfectly on my iPhone 6s and is my go to app for viewing my pictures.
