These Terms govern your use of Galaxy Arena, published by IT HK SERVICE LIMITED. By downloading or using the game, you agree to these Terms and the rules of the app store through which you obtained it. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
License and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Galaxy Arena on devices you own or control, subject to the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms. You may not reverse engineer the game except where law expressly permits it, bypass security or purchase systems, interfere with multiplayer services, cheat, automate play, exploit defects, impersonate another person, or use an offensive or unlawful online display name.
Online services
Online Quick Match depends on internet access and third-party networking services. We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue online features when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product operation. We do not guarantee that a specific opponent is human; clearly labeled computer pilots may fill open seats.
In-app purchase and advertising
Galaxy Arena may show advertising. The optional Commander Pack is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that removes Galaxy Arena banner/interstitial ads and unlocks the cosmetic Eclipse hull. It does not improve combat power. Purchases, refunds, and payment processing are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. Use Restore Purchases on the Commander screen where available.
Virtual items and progression
Pilot XP, credits, mastery progress, hulls, and other virtual items have no cash value, cannot be transferred outside the game, and are licensed rather than sold. We may make reasonable balance or progression changes, but paid permanent entitlements will remain available or be replaced with substantially equivalent value where required by law.
Intellectual property
Galaxy Arena, its software, branding, original presentation, and licensed assets are protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and services remain the property of their respective owners. These Terms do not grant permission to reuse or redistribute game assets.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the game is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the game. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or service changes. The effective date will be updated and material changes will be communicated where required. We may restrict online access for serious or repeated abuse, cheating, fraud, or unlawful use.

Apple-specific acknowledgement
For an iOS download, these Terms are between you and IT HK SERVICE LIMITED, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the game. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them as such, subject to applicable law and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
