Galaxy Arena does not require an account to play. If you would like us to delete data associated with your use of the app — or to ask what we or our service providers may hold — you can submit a request by email. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Galaxy Arena is an online multiplayer game. We do not operate player accounts on our own servers. Match connectivity is handled by Photon (Exit Games); advertising identifiers may be processed by Google AdMob when you view ads.
When you contact us, we will delete any personal data we directly hold about you (if any) and, where applicable, instruct or assist with requests to relevant third-party processors such as Photon or ad partners, subject to their policies and technical limits.
What to include in your email
Please send your request from an email address you can access, and include: (1) the app name — Galaxy Arena; (2) your platform (iOS or Android); (3) a brief description of what you want deleted (e.g. ad-related data, multiplayer session data, or all data associated with your use of the app); (4) any player or device identifiers you know (optional but helpful).
We may reply to confirm your identity or ask for clarification before processing the request.
Response time
We aim to acknowledge data deletion requests within 7 business days and to complete verified requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or the complexity of the request.
Local data on your device
You can also remove locally stored app data at any time by uninstalling Galaxy Arena from your device. Uninstalling does not automatically delete data held by third-party services (such as Photon or ad networks); use the email request above if you need help with those.
