Terms of Use (EULA)

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control for personal or internal business use. Bundle ID: org.mobpage.chequehelper (iOS). Android package: hk.ithkservice.chequehelper. This is a licence, not a sale.

The App converts validated amounts into English wording and Chinese banker’s numerals (大寫), previews cheques, and supports printing or export features as offered in your version. Amount conversion and cheque writing are not paywalled. Amounts, payees, history, and settings stay on your device unless you deliberately share or export them. The App is a productivity tool — not a banking service, and not affiliated with any bank.

The App is free with optional ads after an introductory ad-free period. An optional one-time (non-consumable) purchase, Cheque Helper Pro, may remove ads and unlock Pro features such as extra templates, PDF export/sharing, and unlimited history, as shown in the App at purchase time. Prices are shown by Apple or Google at the time of purchase and may vary by region and tax. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. We never receive or store your payment-card details. Use Restore Purchases after reinstalling or switching devices.

The App may later offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions (for example Pro access or Remove Ads for a monthly or annual period). If a subscription is offered in the App, the following apply in addition to the store’s purchase sheet:

• Title, length, and price of each subscription are displayed in the App and on the Apple App Store / Google Play purchase confirmation before you buy. The charged amount may vary by storefront currency and tax.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the renewal price then shown by the store.
• You may manage or cancel anytime in device settings: iOS — Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions; Android — Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription where required by the platform. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we do not process payments directly.

Unless you have an active Remove Ads / Pro entitlement (one-time or subscription, as offered), the App may show non-personalized ads after the introductory free sessions, typically via Google AdMob. See the Privacy Policy for advertising data practices.

You are responsible for verifying converted wording and printed cheques before use. The App does not guarantee acceptance by any bank or payee. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer (except where prohibited by law), or misuse the App; interfere with its operation; or use it unlawfully.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, financial loss, or bank rejection arising from your use of the App or from wording or print output.

If you downloaded the App from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies where relevant, and Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Google Play’s terms apply to Play downloads and billing.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version at this URL and updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions: [email protected].

本應用日後可能提供可選的自動續訂訂閱（例如按月或按年的 Pro／移除廣告權益）。若應用內有提供訂閱，除商店購買畫面所示資料外，亦適用以下條款：

• 每項訂閱的名稱、期限及價格會在購買前於應用內及 App Store／Google Play 確認畫面顯示；實際收費可能因貨幣及稅項而異。
• 確認購買時會向你的 Apple ID 或 Google Play 帳戶收費。
• 訂閱會自動續訂，除非你在目前週期結束前至少 24 小時關閉自動續訂。帳戶會在目前週期結束前 24 小時內，按當時商店顯示的續訂價格再次收費。
• 你可隨時在裝置設定中管理或取消：iOS —「設定 → [你的名稱] → 訂閱項目」；Android — Google Play →「付款與訂閱」→「訂閱」。刪除應用並不會取消訂閱。
• 如有免費試用，在平台要求的情況下，購買訂閱後未使用的試用期將予沒收。退款依 Apple 或 Google 政策處理；我們不直接處理付款。

除非你擁有有效的移除廣告／Pro 權益（一次性購買或訂閱，視應用內實際提供為準），本應用可能在介紹期後顯示非個人化廣告（通常經 Google AdMob）。詳見私隱政策。

你有責任在使用前核實轉換文字及列印支票。本應用不保證任何銀行或收款人接受。你不得複製、修改、分發、逆向工程（法律禁止限制者除外）或濫用本應用；不得干擾其運作；亦不得以非法方式使用。

在法律允許的最大範圍內，本應用按「現況」提供，不作任何明示或暗示保證。我們不對間接、附帶或衍生損害，或因使用本應用、文字或列印輸出而導致的資料損失、財務損失或銀行拒收負責。

若你從 App Store 下載本應用，Apple 的 Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement 在相關範圍內亦適用，且 Apple 沒有義務為本應用提供維護或支援。從 Google Play 下載及計費則受 Google Play 相關條款約束。
