Include the app version, Android version and a brief description of the problem. If a link opens incorrectly, include the link and the screen where you tapped it. Do not send your Google password, payment-card details or private notes.

Use the Google Play account that made the purchase, open the app menu and choose Restore purchases while connected to the internet. Eligible ad-free access, notes and bookmarks are restored from Google Play. Subscriptions must still be active.

If a purchase is still missing, include its Google Play order reference in your private email to support, if available. Do not post it publicly. We do not need your Google login credentials.

Install updates over the existing app. Do not uninstall it or clear its storage. Your notes, bookmarks and reading settings are stored locally and should remain during a normal update.

Updated Android versions of the app support Scripture links on www.mobpage.org/biblefree/view. If the app is not installed or the link opens in your browser, use the page’s Open in app or Google Play button. Existing ITChurch Scripture links are retained for compatibility.
