These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and IT HK SERVICE LIMITED (“we”, “us”), not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. By downloading, installing, or using EZ Tuner: Violin & Guitar (the “App”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Licence
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial use. Bundle ID: org.mobpage.eztuner (iOS). Android package: org.mobpage.violintuner. This is a licence, not a sale.
2. The service
The App is a tuner, metronome, and reference-tone tool. Microphone audio is analysed live on your device for pitch detection and is not recorded or uploaded by us for that purpose. Core tuning features work without an account.
3. In-app purchases (one-time)
The App is free with optional ads. Optional one-time (non-consumable) purchases may include Remove Ads and Pro / support unlocks. Product identifiers may include:

Prices are shown by Apple or Google at the time of purchase and may vary by region and tax. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. We never receive or store your payment-card details. Use Restore Purchases after reinstalling or switching devices.
4. Auto-renewing subscriptions (if offered)
The App may offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions (for example Remove Ads or Pro access for a monthly or annual period). If a subscription is offered in the App, the following apply in addition to the store’s purchase sheet:
- Title, length, and price of each subscription are displayed in the App and on the Apple App Store / Google Play purchase confirmation before you buy. The charged amount may vary by storefront currency and tax.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the renewal price then shown by the store.
- You may manage or cancel anytime in device settings: iOS — Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions; Android — Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription where required by the platform. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we do not process payments directly.

5. Ads
Unless you have an active Remove Ads entitlement (one-time or subscription, as offered), the App may show ads supplied by Google AdMob or similar partners. See the Privacy Policy for advertising data practices.
6. Acceptable use
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer (except where prohibited by law), or misuse the App; interfere with its operation; or use it unlawfully.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Pitch readings and practice tools are aids only and are not a substitute for professional instrument setup or instruction. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data arising from your use of the App.
8. Apple and Google store terms
If you downloaded the App from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies where relevant, and Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Google Play’s terms apply to Play downloads and billing.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a new version at this URL and updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions: [email protected].
